American water color Folk Art of child with rocking horse original frame

A outstanding american all hand done water color. Folky painted picture with rocking horse . This dating 1840-1860 period. Original frame and measuring 10 by 8 on the picture and 15 by 14 on the frame. Rare piece of early 19th century folk art. Normal stains yet no damage.
